At Triforce Electrical and Air, we are also dedicated to supporting and training a new generation of electricians. We employ a number of apprentices at different levels of training and encourage school-based work experience trainees on our sites, but only under strict supervision and guidance.

Chris Mocsay, our business owner brings 10+ years of experience across many fields and industries and an obsessive eye for quality work and problem solving. His confident, knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth nature really resonates with clients and has continuously helped us to grow our business.
He has a no-nonsense work attitude and runs a tight ship keeping employees in line and on time. Outside the office Chris splits his time between his family, playing guitar and cheering on the Broncos.
The wife behind the business but the woman at the forefront for business management and operations. Mallory brings with her almost a decade of leadership, organisational and communication skills developed as an Intensive Care nurse in a busy, stressful, fast- paced tertiary hospital.
Her experiences have had a hugely positive impact on overall business operations, fluency and goal setting. Outside the home and hospital, Mallory is a crazy cat lady, loves to go camping with her family and relaxing with a cup of peppermint tea.
Toni is the newest member of the Triforce Team and has been exceptional from day one. Toni’s organizational, bookkeeping and communication skills have had a profound and positive impact on the overall efficiency of our financial operations.
She is all over our cash flow, mistakes, invoicing and missed payments – keeping us all in line. Beyond the workplace, Toni loves to go kayaking, walking along the bayside beaches, tending to her vege patch and on weekends enjoys a well deserved magnesium bath (to soothe those muscles).
