Training the next generation
At Triforce Electrical and Air, we are also dedicated to supporting and training a new generation of electricians. We employ a number of apprentices at different levels of training and encourage school-based work experience trainees on our sites, but only under strict supervision and guidance.

Our team is well trained and up to date with all industry changes. They complete all mandatory training and professional development tasks, and are encouraged to undertake further studies and attend all relevant conferences. This ongoing education helps to keep our employees continually challenged and at the top of their field. Prior to working solo within our company, all employees undergo rigorous police and licence checks, as well as in-house training.

He has a no-nonsense work attitude and runs a tight ship keeping employees in line and on time. Outside the office Chris splits his time between his family, playing guitar and cheering on the Broncos.
